Whether you're a beginner looking to start running or an experienced runner aiming to improve performance. Coach Omar will work closely with you to design a comprehensive training program that takes into account factors such as your athletic background, schedule, fitness goals injury history, and preferences.​ 

 

You'll benefit from personalized attention, motivation, and accountability, empowering you to reach your running goals efficiently and safely. Coach Omar will be there every step of the way to support and guide you towards success.

 

Overview of Running Plans: 

 

All coaching services require a seasonal commitment – 3 months minimum

In-Person Group Coaching - $150/month

  • Training plan is based on seasonal races

  • Workouts are provided in-person at set workout locations

  • In-Person communication, monitoring & feedback

 

1-on-1 Coaching- $250/month

  • Introductory video call

  • TrainingPeaks account

  • Custom running plan tailored to your goal/s

  • Comprehensive strength training program

  • Flexibility to training plan as needed

  • Season planning and goal setting

  • Unlimited communication, monitoring & feedback

  • Detailed race strategy plan and post race feedback â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
