In-Person Training

In-Person Runs

In-Person runs will be held throughout SoCal. Sessions will include easy running to race preparation to trail running. 

  • Frequency: 2-3 times a week.

  • Type of Runs: Workouts, easy runs, long runs.

  • Beginner-Friendly

  • Location Schedule will be provided monthly

  • Workout Schedule will be provided weekly

  • Flexibility for:

    • Weather

    • Race weekends

    • Recovery weeks
