Stride Running Collective is built around coaching, community, and long-term development. 1:1 coaching membership includes personalized guidance and support tailored to your goals—whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or simply looking to build a consistent running routine.

Coach Omar works closely with each member to create a training approach that fits your life, taking into account your experience, schedule, goals, background, and lifestyle. As your training evolves, so does your plan.

Beyond training, you'll have ongoing support, accountability, and a community that keeps you motivated every step of the way.

COMMUNITY TRAINING SESSIONS

Train with us in-person in Southern California. We meet weekly for 1-2 workouts and the long run. Runs are led by Coach Omar and Coach Ozan and co-hosted with numerous groups in the area.

FAQs

How quickly will I see results?

Consistency is the biggest factor. Most members begin noticing improvements within the first 4–6 weeks, while more meaningful progress typically develops over the course of a training cycle (12–16 weeks). Every runner is different, but showing up consistently is what drives long-term success.

Do I need a membership to attend runs?

No. Community runs are open to everyone.

A membership provides a more complete training experience, including personalized coaching, structured training, ongoing feedback, and accountability to help you progress toward your goals.

What happens after I join?

Once you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email with next steps and a link to schedule your onboarding consultation. You'll also receive access to your personalized training plan through TrainingPeaks, where you'll be able to view workouts, track your progress, and communicate with Coach Omar.
